What kind of wax do you use in your candles?
We use a premium, proprietary soy-blend wax designed for a clean, long-lasting burn and maximum scent throw. All our waxes are phthalate-free and ethically sourced.
How can I prevent my candle from tunneling?
To ensure an even burn, always allow the wax to melt completely across the top to the edges of the jar during the first burn. This typically takes 2-3 hours and sets the 'memory' for future uses.
What is your shipping policy?
We process orders within 1-3 business days. During warmer months, we ship Monday through Wednesday to prevent candles from sitting in hot warehouses or delivery trucks over the weekend.
Do you offer returns if I don't like the scent?
We want you to love your home fragrance. If you are not satisfied, you can return unlit candles within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.
Are your fragrance oils safe?
Yes, we use high-quality fragrance oils that are 100% phthalate-free and adhere to RIFM and IFRA standards for safety and purity.
How often should I trim the wick?
For the best experience, trim your wick to 1/4 inch before every lighting. This prevents soot buildup and ensures a controlled, safe flame.
